The goal of this project is to develop an advanced, user-friendly platform that simplifies the planning of temporary staff for all kinds of events such as festivals, concerts, parades, corporate events and sports competitions. The focus is on improving the efficiency, communication and overall organisation of the crew during these large-scale events.

The founders of Koukki have worked in the events sector for years, planning temporary staff for major Belgian festivals and concerts. That involves a lot of communication with suppliers and clients, many last-minute changes and a lot of manual work.
