Which profiles can I hire from IT Licious?
Flutter developers, Java and Spring Boot developers, cloud and DevOps engineers for AWS, software architects, analysts and project managers, and AI engineers. If you need a combination, we put together a small team that complements each other.
Do your experts work on site or remote?
Both. Our experts work at your office, remote from Sint-Truiden or hybrid. Together we agree on what works best for your team and your project.
How soon can an expert start?
That depends on the profile and availability. After a first conversation you quickly know who is free and from when. For urgent requests we look for a solution together, for example by starting part-time.
How does invoicing work?
You pay a day rate per expert, invoiced monthly based on the days worked. Every month you get an overview, so you know exactly where your budget goes.
Can I also outsource a short assignment?
Certainly. An audit of your code, an architecture workshop or a few weeks of reinforcement before a deadline: you can also come to us for short assignments.
What if the collaboration does not click?
Then we say so honestly and look for a solution, for example another expert. You are never tied to a long commitment: we clearly agree on the duration and the notice period in advance.
